Working Condition

• Medium: fresh water, sea water or similar corrosive liquid;

• Rated voltage: three-phase A/C 380v/440Vv/3kv/6kv/10kv, 50Hz/60Hz

• Medium temperature: ≤35°C or 120°C

• Straight well and smooth well wall are required. Well pipe shall not be staggered.

• Motor chamber must be filled with clean water or filled with antifreeze as needed.

• Water pump

  Sinoflo stainless steel borehole pump is a multi-stage centrifugal pump, which is composed of a pump shaft, impeller, guide casing, bearing bush, shaft sleeve and O ring etc. Depending on the operating conditions of the pump, the components material to be used are different. In seawater and corrosive media, the pump is usually made of copper-nickel alloy or stainless steel. In order to further improve the quality and service life of the pump, besides the selection of high-quality materials and precision manufacturing, the product structure and process treatment are also improved.

• Electric Motor

  The motor matched with the above pump is a special submersible motor designed for well water, which is a water-filled fully sealed structure, and the stator winding is made of a polyethylene insulated nylon sheathed motor winding wire. According to the working conditions of the electric pump, the exposed parts of the motor are made of corresponding anticorrosive materials, and the motor dynamic seal adopts mechanical seal or oil seal. The motor adopts a self-lubricated sliding bearing with clean water or antifreeze lubrication. The motor lead-out cable is made of corrosion-resistant, waterproof sheathed flat cable or round cable.
