Product Feature

• The oil chamber is made of fluoro rubber double-face mechanical seal, and the outer chamber adopts a single face fluoro rubber mechanical oil seal structure, which effectively reduces the problem of water inflow due to friction between the sediment and the shaft.

• The motor adopts vacuum immersion paint to achieve Class F insulation and is equipped with thermal protection devices to effectively extend the service life of the pump.

• According to the customer's request, the pump can be equipped with a stirring device, which rotates with the motor shaft to generate a strong stirring force, and then the sediment in the sewage pool is stirred into suspended matter and discharged. It can also be equipped with a cutting device to discharge long fiber, plastic, paper bags, straw and other debris in the sewage.

• Anti-corrosion cable, PTFE seal, and high temperature resistant motor can be customized according to customer's special requirements. (workable medium temperature less than 100°C)

• Submerged depth is no more than 5m below the impeller centerline;

• PH: S.S304 (4~10), S.S316/316L (2~13);
